Munich Christmas Market
The original Munich Christmas Market has been held on Marienplatz since 1972, with roots dating back to the 14th century. This year, 138 vendors and food stalls are offering a wide variety of Christmas gifts, including glass paintings, woolen shoes, games, jewelry, and honey. Festive Christmas tree decorations, light stars, and straw stars are also available. The program traditionally includes Advent music from the town hall balcony, the Krampus parade, and the “Himmelswerkstatt” (Heavenly Workshop) for children.

Munich is undoubtedly one of the most popular and sought-after trade fair venues in Germany. Throughout the year, the Bavarian capital hosts important trade conferences and exciting events.
