How can I reach the hotel?

Where can I park?

There is a courtyard in front of the hotel where you can park free of charge. If this is full, you can also find a space in our underground garage for €15 per night.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Take the S8 and travel to Leuchtenbergring, where you then change to the S4 or S6 and get off at Trudering. From the station it will take you about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel or you can take bus 185 or 194 in the direction of Nauerstraße and get off at "Schmuckerweg".

How do I get to the city center?

Are you already looking forward to seeing the Isar, Marienplatz or the English Garden? That's very easy! You can easily reach Munich city center by S-Bahn. It's just a 700m walk to the Trudering S-Bahn and U-Bahn station and then 5 stops to the city center.

It takes about 20 minutes by car.

How do I get to the New Munich Trade Fair Center?

Are you visiting us for a trade fair? The journey is no problem there either! Simply get on the 139 bus in the direction of Messestadt West, which stops right in front of our hotel, and travel to the "Am Messesee" stop in just 10 minutes.

When can I check out?

Our reception is open for you from 06:00. If you would like to leave earlier, you can also pay the day before. The check-out time ends at 11 am, but can be extended after consultation.

When can I have breakfast?

Our varied breakfast buffet is available to you every day from 06:30 to 10:00.

Does the hotel offer W-lan?

You will find our free Wifi throughout the hotel. The required password can be found in the information folder in your room or you can ask our friendly reception team.

When can I check in?

The room is available from 3 pm. Would you like to arrive earlier? No problem! Early check-in is possible after consultation and subject to availability.

Where can I eat out in the area?

You don't even have to walk far. As you leave the courtyard towards the road, you will find the traditional Bavarian Gasthof Obermaier on the right-hand side. You are welcome to stop there for a Weißwurst breakfast, a delicious lunch or dinner. Our staff will be happy to provide you with further recommendations.

Until when can I cancel?

You can cancel free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. There may be deviations during trade fairs and events, please ask the reception team.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included in the price. (except in apartment rooms)

Is there air conditioning

In our new building there is no air conditioning, but an air conditioning unit that allows individual temperature control in the room.

What is there for allergy sufferers?

We are happy to provide you with anti-allergic pillows and blankets on request.

Are there baby cribs?

We will be happy to provide you with a crib in your room for EUR 10 per stay on request.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Your four-legged friends are welcome to stay with us, but you must register your pet as we only have limited room availability and a cleaning fee will be charged. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.

How do I get the room key if reception is already closed?

In this case, we have a key safe to the left of the main entrance. You will receive the code from the reception team before your arrival.
